These Website Terms of Use govern the AiLucent websites: the pages You read, the information on them, and the forms they present. They are a notice, not a contract. Reading these websites does not make You a party to any agreement with AiLucent.
Three other documents govern everything else, and none of them is replaced by this notice:

Some pages present a form: to request an install token, to ask about a product, or to join a waiting list. Submitting a form does not create an account and does not make You a party to the Terms of Service.

The content of these websites is provided for information. It is not a warranty, a guarantee, or an offer capable of acceptance. Descriptions of what a product does are descriptions of design, and a product's actual terms are those of the agreement that governs it.

If You believe material on these websites infringes Your copyright, write to the address in Section 11 identifying the work, the material complained of and where to find it, Your contact details, a statement that You believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that Your notice is accurate and that You are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
AiLucent may change these Website Terms of Use at any time by publishing a revised version here. The version published is the version that applies. Because this notice is not a contract, no acceptance is sought and none is implied.
These Website Terms of Use, and any dispute about the websites themselves, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in this Section deprives You of the protection of any mandatory provision of the law of the country or state in which You habitually reside.
Where You hold an account, have made a purchase, or use a hosted workspace, the dispute terms of the Terms of Service govern instead, as to those matters.
