AiLucent Agent Desktop is a cross-platform application for software developers. It keeps an organized record of the conversations you have with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex, and it keeps that record on your own computer. It brings much of what your AI does behind the scenes into the light.

What AiLucent Agent Desktop does

AI coding assistants keep a history of their sessions on your computer, but it is scattered across many files, hard to read, and much of it is never shown to you. AiLucent Agent Desktop turns it into something you can see and use.

A full record

Your conversations with your AI coding assistant are collected in one place, organized by project and by date.

Read any conversation

Open a past session and read it the way it happened: what you asked, what the assistant answered, and what it did, including some behind the scenes tool calls, to-do lists, actual code that it changed, prose it created, and more. You get to see a lot of what is normally hidden.

Search everything

Find a past conversation by searching for any word or phrase across your whole history and/or filter by project.

Stays on your computer

Your agent conversations stay on your own machine. AiLucent does not receive them, and you decide whether they are exported or shared.

AiLucent Agent Desktop reads the session files your AI coding assistant already writes on your computer and keeps what those files record. Depending on the assistant, that can include the commands it ran and their output, the files it read, the changes it made, and, where the assistant saves it, the model's reasoning before it acted.
